For any questions about the paper submission process, please contact the technical program co-chairs<\/a>!<\/p>\n

Submission format:<\/b> All participants can only submit a short position paper or work-in-progress paper of 2\u20134 pages length, or a demo with a description of 1\u20132 pages. Please note that not the demo itself shall be submitted, but the description of the planned demo. The paper submission must be in PDF format and without password protection. Furthermore, all fonts should be embedded. The authors should ensure that paper has correct fonts, styles, etc.

Registration policy:<\/b> At least one author of the paper must register and present the paper or demo at the conference.<\/span><\/p>\n

No-show policy:<\/b> Please note that authors with accepted papers must register to and attend the conference in order to have their papers published on the website.<\/span><\/p>\n

Double-submission policy:<\/b> The submitted paper may be a revised version of a rejected paper from other conferences but authors must submit the review of their paper as well. Authors are allowed to submit their contribution to QEEMS to any other conferences, or may submit material that is under review elsewhere. However, authors must make sure that submitting to QEEMS does not make other parallel submissions appear as self-plagiarism.<\/span><\/p>\n
