QEEMS will honor the best paper submitted, based on the following procedure:<\/p>\n

  1. All submissions will be scored by the program committee according to the following four criteria:\n
      \n
    1. Novelty (1\u20135)<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Potential impact (1\u20135)<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Clarity of the paper (1\u20135)<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Clarity of the presentation (1\u20135)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    5. An average will be calculated for the submission<\/li>\n
    6. The submissions will be ranked by average score<\/li>\n
    7. The best submission will receive the best paper award; the two runner ups will receive an honorable mention<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
