Please make sure you follow the below instructions for submitting your final camera-ready paper:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Fill out the IEEE Copyright Form<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Your paper must\u00a0correspond to the format specifications<\/strong> (A4 format, copyright line, author names, embedded fonts, …)<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Update\u00a0your submission<\/strong>\u00a0by updating the PDF of your paper and uploading the copyright form in EasyChair<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    IEEE Copyright Forms<\/b><\/h3>\n

    Authors must fill out an IEEE copyright form for their paper. If you are the author of a paper, please <\/span>fill the IEEE copyright form<\/span><\/a> available in <\/span>Word <\/span><\/a>and <\/span>PDF <\/span><\/a>with the title and all author names. Then sign the form and scan the document. Note that each\u00a0paper must be represented by a person registering for QoMEX (according to the registration policies).<\/span><\/p>\n

    Paper Format<\/b><\/h3>\n

    Please make sure that your camera-ready paper corresponds to the following rules. Otherwise, your paper may not be published.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. The paper must be in A4 format. For this, you can use the <\/span>updated author kit<\/span><\/a>, as the original author kit accidentally specified U.S. letter.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Check that the paper contains the following line in the bottom-left of the first page: \u201cQoMEX2017 \u2013 Erfurt, Germany; 978-1-5386-4024-1\/17\/$31.00 \u00a92017 IEEE\u201d \u2013 this will be done automatically when using the right template.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. The paper must now state all authors and affiliations.<\/span><\/li>\n
