{"id":303,"date":"2017-01-27T14:41:58","date_gmt":"2017-01-27T12:41:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.qomex2017.org\/?page_id=303"},"modified":"2017-04-10T11:27:57","modified_gmt":"2017-04-10T09:27:57","slug":"register-for-qomex","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.qomex2017.org\/index.php\/register-for-qomex\/","title":{"rendered":"Register for QoMEX"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Registration Form<\/h2>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/conferences.tu-ilmenau.de\/frontend\/index.php?sub=235\" target=\"_blank\">Click here to register for QoMEX 2017.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please read on for more details about how to register.<\/p>\n<h2>How to register<\/h2>\n<p>Regarding payment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On\u00adline registration and payment is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Payment is possible via wire transfer or credit card.<\/li>\n<li>Credit card payment is subject to a processing fee of 15 EUR.<\/li>\n<li>Credit card data will be processed in a secure web\u00ad-based payment system.<\/li>\n<li>If you choose wire transfer, you will receive an invoice with the bank data in the next few days after completing the registration form<\/li>\n<li>All payments will be in Euro (EUR) and all registration fees are net rates (no VAT will be added).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note the following for registration:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You must be an IEEE member at the time of registration to receive the respective member discount.<\/li>\n<li>Attendees selecting student registration must\u00a0show a proof of student status (e.g., student ID card)\u00a0upon picking up their\u00a0badge at the conference.<\/li>\n<li>If you are the author of a paper:\n<ul>\n<li>please do not forget to fill out the number of the paper you are covering with your registration<\/li>\n<li>please <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/publications_standards\/publications\/rights\/copyrightmain.html\" target=\"_blank\">fill the IEEE copyright form<\/a> available in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/documents\/ieeecopyrightform.docx\" target=\"_blank\">Word <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/documents\/ieeecopyrightform.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">PDF <\/a>with the title and all author names.\u00a0You must\u00a0upload it in EasyChair \u2013 for more details, see the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qomex2017.org\/index.php\/camera-ready-paper-submission\/\">guidelines for camera-ready papers<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please also note the other <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qomex2017.org\/index.php\/registration-policies-and-fees\/\">registration policies<\/a>\u00a0and the respective fees.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Registration Form Click here to register for QoMEX 2017.
