The LaTeX environment files specify suitable margins, page layout, text, and a bibliography style. Full Papers may be no longer than six (6) pages, including figures, tables and references. Short Papers may be no longer than two (2) pages, including figures, tables and references.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Given the double-blind review process, reviewers should not know the names of the authors. Please prepare your paper in a way that preserves the anonymity of the authors.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do not put the authors\u2019 names or affiliations under the title.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avoid using phrases such as \u201cour previous work\u201d when referring to earlier publications by the authors.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remove information that may identify the authors in the acknowledgments (e.g., co-workers and grants).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avoid providing links to websites that identify the authors.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">QoMEX 2017 uses a templated derived from the IEEE template for conference proceedings. Templates for LaTeX and Word are available for download.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Note that papers will undergo a double-blind submission process!
